WELCOME TO THE DRELAR EXPERIENCE
For me, music is about the emotions and memories that are attached to it. My goal has always been to reach people through the emotion in my songs and to make meaningful connections with my listeners. It's as simple as life experiences that so many of us can relate too. I'm influenced by all styles and genres of music and It shows through the diversity of my catalog.
WHAT'S NEW
I've always been intrigued by the story of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. It explores the duality of human nature and how we all have two sides to us. This concept is relatable to everyday life, I think we all have our own demons to battle big or small. I thought it would be interesting to create a story of how a conversation would go if they actually sat across from each other eye to eye.

With the release of my 3rd album Looking Back at Me I've realized over the years, life is too short and there's no time for worrying over the little things in life, no time for grudges, one day you will wake up and it will be too late, it's time to forgive. I spent the last year or so trying to put this ideology to music, this album is a journey, told through different genres that gives this album a very unique feel while telling the story of what we are all too familiar with, life.
My Sabbatical was my 2nd EP, I wrote this album after being diagnosed with lung cancer in the winter of 2015. Due to the intensity of my treatments the next 6 months I had to give up performing with my band . No doubt this was the toughest time of my life. I felt compelled to give some insight into what it's like to go through an ordeal like this and how it affects your state of mind. I'm happy to say I've been in complete remission as of March 2018.
Blink Of An Eye" was my 1st release. This EP was the direct result of a life threatning car wreck I had in October of 2014. Time healed me physically and writing these albums healed me mentally. I had a lot to write about since then.
